Meet your teacher - Jess Claringbold
Hi, I'm so glad you're here.
I started Pyjama Yoga Club because as a busy mum I know there is not always time to get to a class, or on some days even take 5 minutes for yourself once the day gets started. I knew something different was needed, so why not at home, in our PJs?
I teach this class then get ready for the day with a calmer mind, clearer intentions, feeling more connected to my body and a beautiful community of like-minded women.
I love to travel and explore and the beauty of PJ Yoga Club is that I can take you with me, classes have come from all over the world - highlights have to be teaching outside the Sydney Opera House and by an icy Norwegian Fjord.
I have been teaching yoga since early 2022, and it has changed my life in so many amazing ways, I hope it does the same for you, this is just the beginning.
Can I really show up in my PJs?
Absolutely!!! We all do. Honestly, no one cares what you look like, we are just happy you showed up for yourself.
I've never done yoga before, will I be able to keep up?
Everyone is encouraged to practice at their own pace, rest is invited and actually celebrated! This is a space for you to learn more about yourself, move in a way that feels good and it's called practice for a reason. You are given lots of options to challenge yourself as and when you are ready so you can grow your practice in your own time.
I can't make it at 6:30 every day, can I get the classes back later?
Yes, our weekly sequence will be available for you to use anytime of day so you can join live when it fits your schedule and practice later when life gets busy... or you fancy a lie in, no guilt here.
